The renewable energy industry is truly international in nature. The RES Group reflects this, with its headquarters in the UK and overseas offices in: France, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.

RES’s expansion has kept pace with the extraordinary growth of the global wind energy industry. Companies within the RES Group have constructed more than 60 wind farms around the world, with a combined capacity of over 2700MW. Of these, more than 2,000 MW has been built in North America, over 280MW in the UK and Ireland, approximately 200MW in France and the balance across the rest of Europe.  New wind farms are currently in development in the UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Scandinavia, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with further market opportunities being investigated worldwide.

RES is developing a range of renewable energy technologies – solar, biomass, ground source heating and cooling systems - over a number of markets.  In the Mediterranean region we are applying our experience in wind to the development, construction and operation of large scale technologies such as PV and Concentrated Solar Power Systems (CPS).
