ABOUT OUR PROGRAMME

There will be 3 placements during this programme. The first placement will last 9 months and will be within the sponsoring business or 'home' unit to build a solid foundation within the team.

Reporting to the CFO of RES Mediterranean, you will spend these first 9 months within the Finance Department. You will participate in the disposal management of wind and solar power production plants across the Mediterranean region developed by RES MED. You will work on project finance for our wind and solar plants outside of the French market. You will also participate in the project closing.

In addition, you will be involved in the follow-up of the project sale process by compiling information, memoranda and participating in the relationships with investors or banks. 

You will develop working relationships with the banks involved in financing projects across the Mediterranean region and contribute to the implementation of project financing for Group investments.

The second placement will be within a complementary business unit to broaden your skills and experience.  This placement will last 6 months and will be organised in an operational / technical department of RES Mediterranean.

The third placement will be based on your individual performance to date, potential and personal motivation. It could be within RES Mediterranean or abroad.

NOTRE PROGRAMME

Ce programme se divisera en 3 parties. Votre première mission s'étalera sur 9 mois et se situera dans le service « sponsor » afin de construire une relation solide avec l'équipe.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Financier de RES Méditerranée, vous passerez ces 9 premiers mois au sein du service Finances. Vous participerez à la négociation des contrats de ventes de nos centrales éoliennes ou solaires sur tout le bassin méditerranéen. Vous travaillerez également sur le financement de nos projets hors France. Vous interviendrez enfin sur le closing financier sur tout le périmètre de RES Méditerranée.

La deuxième mission se fera au sein d'une Business Unit complémentaire afin d'élargir vos compétences et votre expérience. Cette période durera 6 mois et sera organisée au sein d'un département technique / opérationnel de RES Méditerranée.

La troisième étape du programme se décidera en fonction de votre performance individuelle, de votre potentiel et de votre motivation personnelle. Cela pourrait avoir lieu au sein de RES Méditerranée ou à l'étranger.
